This house is a 1 bedroom as well but it is a 3 storey house and has been renovated from top to bottom and I like it.
I think I would get rid of that built in couch on the first floor and I find it a bit weird that you have to walk around the bathtub to get to the bedroom. But overall, if you don't need a backyard or more than 1 bedroom, this is a good option.
The basement apartment was listed in February for $359,000 with condo fees of $417.77/month. It sold for $390,000.
This house is listed at $1,299,000...
