AND IT WENT FOR - 272 Indian Road - HIGH PARK/RONCESVALLES

In December 2015, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 113 foot lot at 272 Indian Road in Roncesvalles.

It was a beautiful old house designed by renowned Arts and Crafts architect, Eden Smith...

But the interior of the house was given me a little less arts and crafts and a little more...

The interior was basically the same as the boat from the reality show, Below Deck.

There was shiny wood panelling everywhere and the kitchens were very similar.   Here is the kitchen from this house...

It was listed at $1,950,000.  I thought it was a little high.

It didn't sell and it was relisted 11 months later at a price increase to $1,999,000.

Considering it hadn't sold a year earlier at a lower price, I thought that was kind of crazy.

It sold 8 days after it was listed...

For $2,100,272.
