At the end of November, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 25 x 123 foot lot at 32 Elmer Avenue in the Beaches.

It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...

hy For the most part, it was a good house but there were some things that I found weird.

I didn't love the front door or understand the large step up.  Why not raise the deck instead?And I didn't get why they did the same thing in the bedroom...

But if that didn't bug you, and if you liked the floors, this was a good house.

It was listed at $1,799,000.  And when I posted it, it had already been listed for a few weeks so it probably wasn't going to sell at asking.

It didn't but it wasn't far off.  This house sold after 57 days on the market...

For $1,770,000.
