AND IT WENT FOR - 83 Seaforth Avenue - RONCESVALLES/PARKDALE

A little over a week ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 75 foot lot at 83 Seaforth Avenue north of Queen in Roncesvalles/Parkdale.

It was a flip of a house that looked like this a year ago...

When it was a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex and was listed at $624,000.

I'm not sure what it sold for but it was gutted and put back on the market for $989,000.

Other than the fact that the back wasn't open to the backyard, I liked it for the most part.

And considering that the house at 16 Silver Avenue at the north end of Roncesvalles...

That was arguably a better reno but was smaller and was a semi could sell for $1,150,000...

I didn't see why this couldn't sell for asking, if not a little over ask.

It sold in 4 days...

For $1,015,000.
