PRICE DROP #2 - 662 Dundas Street West - KENSINGTON
In September, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house with a detached garage on a 12.25 x 90 foot lot at 662 Dundas Street West in Kensington.
The listing said it had been with the same owners for 50 years but there were no photos. It was listed at $879,900.
That may have been a little high.
By the end of October, photos came out of the inside of the house and though it was REALLY well looked after, it was small.
The new asking price was $825,500.
For a row house this size right on Dundas that needed work to update the house after 50 years of ownership...
That was still a bit high.
It has now been dropped again...
To $799,900.
Umm...
