#D - 22 Birch Avenue - SUMMERHILL
Way back when this site was only 1 day old, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 3,800 square foot townhouse with 2 parking spots at #D 22 Birch Avenue in Summerhill.
It was no longer on the market, but I wanted to post it because I had always wondered what these places looked like inside.
And it was a lot more than I thought it would be.
It was large, spanning 3 storeys with 2 garages, and a huge roof top deck.
And the asking price was $2,475,000.
At the time (but now that seems pretty high), I thought that was a good price for this condo and was wondering if anyone knew what it sold for.
Turns out, it's not a condo and it looks like it never sold because it is back on the market with the same furniture. Nothing has changed except the flowers.
It is now listed at $2,988,000.
It will probably sell this time around.
P.S. And just an fyi, that live/work Victorian next door at 20 Birch Avenue...
That I thought would never sell close to its $2,998,000 asking price....
Sold for about $2.65.
