RELIST/PRICE INCREASE - 229 Lytton Boulevard - LYTTON PARK
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom townhouse on a 23 x 103 foot lot with a 2 car garage at 229 Lytton Boulevard in Lytton Park.
It was part of a complex of townhouses that included a house I had posted a few months earlier at 237 Lytton Boulevard...
That townhouse had been initially listed in 2010 before the complex was complete for $1,849,000. After it was built, the price was dropped in March 2012 to $1,795,000. Then again in July 2012 to $1,749,000.
It was a good townhouse but the garage opened up to the living room which drove me crazy.
It eventually sold in August 2012 for $1,685,000.
When I posted this house (that is basically the exact same)...
It was listed at $2,697,000!!!
But it had initially been listed in May 2012 for $2,897,000.
More than $1,000,000 above the house a few doors down that actually had another bathroom!!! It was NUTS.
Did it sell?
Well.........
No.
But as of the beginning of August of this year, it's back on the market.
The new asking price for this townhouse is...
$3,380,000.
