It is located a few blocks away from the 4 bedroom, detached flip that I posted last week at 19 Ottawa Street...

But unlike that house, this house has retained many of the original features like the moulding.
This house isn't as new but I prefer this house. And if you don't love it as is, there could be some minor changes that could change the feel.
I would do something about that fireplace and probably get rid of the carpet on the second floor and maybe lighten the floors on the first floor. And the bathrooms could eventually be updated but they are more than fine as is.
And if you needed another bedroom, that family room could be made into a bedroom with the office becoming another bathroom.
