AND IT WENT FOR - 171 Willow Avenue - BEACHES (1 Comment)

On Tuesday, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 24.92 x 118.50 foot lot at 171 Willow Avenue in the Beaches.

It was a house that I first posted in at the end of 2014 when it was listed at $779,000.  It sold for $790,000. 

Two years later, it was on the market again in October 2015.  The asking price was $979,000 which was more than a 10% annual increase but I didn't think it would sit for long.

It didn't sell and last week it was on the market again for $899,000.

It sold the day I posted it...

For (approximately) $1,060,000.
