Yesterday, I posted a house at 154 Albany Avenue in the Annex...

It was a 3 bedroom new build done by the same people who, if not the whole house, at least restored front facade of the semi at 410 Euclid Avenue...

And from what I can tell, it still hasn't sold. 

In that 154 Albany post, I mentioned this house at 326.5 Howland Avenue (that was initially listed as 3265 but this makes more sense) and I said that the house at 154 Albany sort of reminded me of this house.

This house was listed 2 weeks ago but I was not sure if it had sold.

The asking price was $1,089,000.  Even though it was only 2 bedrooms and was a laneway house, I thought it would sell for more like $1,250,000.

$1,249,000.
