This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage/chalet on a 2.62 acre lot at 4 Ch. Du Trappeur in Mont-Tremblant, Quebec.
It isn't a waterfront property, but it is close to the Mont-Tremblant ski hills.
It was built in 2013 and though there isn't a lot going on outside other than a forest, like not even a swing set, the inside is really good.
It's bright and cozy with an open main floor area and a large family room in the basement.
It is listed at $1,250,000 which kind of seems like a deal for this place on a large lot.
But the price is 'plus GST/QST'...
Or $1,437,188.
I don't know. I'm not in the market for a chalet in Mont-Tremblant so I could be wrong but if you are looking for an updated cottage near a ski hill...
That price still seems not so crazy. I wonder if you can add a pool.
