This is a 3+0 bedroom (except I count 4 on this link), 4 bathroom new build with a garage on a 100 x 100 foot lot at 55 Lyttleton Gardens in Rockcliffe Park in Ottawa, Ontario.
Rockcliffe Park is considered a Heritage Conservation District and considering that Wikipedia says...
Property owners are required by the Heritage Act to obtain a heritage permit prior to undertaking the alteration or demolition of a property
I am not sure how this house that looks nothing like the neighbours was built.
But perhaps it is because this wasn't a demolition. It was a new build on a lot that used to look like this...
And used to belong to the neighbour that looks like this...
I'm not sure I could live in fishbowl like this, but if you fine with people looking into your house, this is a good house. It just doesn't have a finished backyard so you would have to do that.
It has been listed since at least January 2017 when it was featured in the Ottawa Citizen...
And when the asking price was $3,599,000.
It is now on the market for...
$2,399,000.
