This 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom hosue on a 40 x 125 foot lot at 276 Inglewood Drive in Moore Park is not your typical Moore Park house...
And I bet a lot of neighbours weren't so happy about that.
It is a house that used to look like this...

That house probably needed a lot of work and probably could have looked much like the inside of this house with a reno and extension.
But maybe it made more sense to tear it down and build this house.
As for this house, I'm not crazy about the outside, especially in this neighbourhood, but I do like the inside.
I don't love the wood wall behind the tv in the family room and I am not crazy about all the bathroom vanities...
But it is a big house. It's bright. The backyard is big and south facing.
And it is staged really well.
