I really like this house.

It was last listed a little over a year ago when it was the Toronto Life House of the Week and  looked like this...

It was listed at $999,900.

A year later, the kitchen has been redone and I am assuming the bathroom as well.  And it looks great.  

And so does the rest of the house.

Other than the kitchen and the bathroom and a little paint, not a lot has changed overall.  I love that the left the doors unpainted and the floors work well with the black of the kitchen.

Plus, I love all the furniture, the rugs, and the art.  If I could, I would take the house with every piece.

After being listed a year ago for $999,900, with a new kitchen and bathroom...

This house is now listed at $1,399,900.

Though I don't think the renos cost $400,000...

I don't think this house will sit for long.
