188 Lippincott Street Unit C - HARBORD VILLAGE (10 Comments)
In August 2016, I posted a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo in a building at 188 Lippincott Street that looked like 2 semis but what was actually a building consisting of 3 units.
It was a house that used to look like this...
And it was the 7th development by the Green Couch Developers who were also behind 170 Markham Street...
(which was also recently on the market)
The house at 25 Givins Street...
And 85 Bellwoods Avenue...
In most of those developments, there was a green couch (in a shot from the single family house at 49 Brookfield Street)...
Well, it's not the same green couch, but this listing also has a green couch...
In 2014, before the house was torn down, the asking price was $999,000.
After tearing it down and building this 3 unit building, the asking price for Unit A that I posted in 2016 was $1,090,000.
A year later, this unit that I think is the mirror image of Unit C is now on the market for...
$1,299,000.
That's quite an increase.
