A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 7 bathroom house on a 40 x 125 foot lot with a detached garage at 15 Gregory Avenue in Rosedale.

It was a house that used to look like this...

Before it was flipped.

As a flip, it's a good one.  I like the floors, the kitchen is big, there are lots of bathrooms.

But as one reader pointed out...

They moved where the garage used to be to a new location on the property, built a driveway but didn't get the sidewalk cut

And they made the yard the part where the driveway once was which means there is no privacy.

When I posted it, the house had already been on the market for a while.   And with a price tag of $5,795,000, that wasn't much of a surprise.

A week later, the price was dropped to (I think) $5,495,000.

It has now been dropped again.  The new asking price for this house is...

$4,995,000.

This is going to take a while.
