14 Briarcroft Road - SWANSEA

This is a 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 25.5 x 110 foot lot at 14 Briarcroft Road in High Park.

It's a good family house.

But I am a little confused because this house was listed in 2013 and from the looks of some of the furniture like the dining room table from then...

Is the same dining set that is there today...

Most of the other furniture is different except for the master bedroom the same, but the rooms are set up the same way...

Except for this room...

Which used to be a yoga/meditation room...

I prefer the new furniture but I did like the living room furniture...

Well, I at least like that there is some colour because other than the odd blanket and these baseball hats...

That used to be home to shoes instead...

This house is kind of drab.

But if you are okay with the peninsula in the kitchen (I would prefer an island) and the layout of the family room/dining room area as it is (I would prefer them to be switched but that would mean removing the built-ins in the family room), then this is a good house.

I'm not sure what it was listed for in 2013 but the current asking price is $1,799,000.

I would say it is a little high but since I have been underpricing everything recently...it will probably sell at ask or a little over.
