171 Stibbard Avenue - SHERWOOD PARK (3 Comments)
This is a 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 31 x 150 foot lot at 171 Stibbard Avenue just east of Mount Pleasant Road in Sherwood Park.
It used to look like this...
As far as new builds go, it is REALLY good.
There isn't a lot to NOT like in this house except I don't love the black tile in this bathroom...
The black doesn't really seem to go with anything else in the house other than maybe the first floor fireplace....
Sort of.
But the house itself has good floors, a good kitchen, large bedrooms with what looks like a good layout, and a large basement with a separate entrance mudroom.
And other than the rug in the dining room, I like the staging for the most part. There are a lot of throw pillows which made me think of the staging at 111 Glen Road...
But I couldn't find any pillows that were the same.
Then I saw these yellow chairs...
They are the same yellow chairs that were in 111 Glen Road in the shark head photo...
So...it looks like we've got ourselves a new stager!!
Should I go with Throw Pillow Stager or Shark Head Stager? I'm kind of liking Shark Head Stager even though there isn't a shark head in this house.
Speaking of the house, it is listed at $3,495,000.
Without seeing the backyard, it's kind of hard to see if that is the right price.
But the house is REALLY good, so I think it will probably go a little over.
