Earlier today, a reader sent in the listing for this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a garage and a parking spot on a 31 x 60 foot lot at 222 Manning Avenue in Little Italy.
The listing calls the house an 'Upside Down' house that has the kitchen and living area on the third floor, the bedrooms on the second floor and the family room on the main level. In all, the listing says this house is 3,100 square feet.
That's pretty good.
But if you are thinking that having the kitchen on the top floor is a big pain, there is an elevator that can take your groceries up without having to carry them.
And there is a garage.
If you don't mind living next to a Green P Parking lot, or that your backyard/deck is overlooked by several other townhouses from the development, then this is a great place.
And it is move-right-in.
The asking price is $2,285,000.
As the reader who sent it in said...
'My guess it sells for ask or slightly above very quickly as there is such low inventory in Toronto.'
I agree.
