6 Bellhaven Road - WOODBINE (1 Comment)
This is a 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.58 x 93 foot lot at 6 Bellhaven Road in Woodbine.
It's a house that I posted in December 2014 when it looked like this on the outside...
And this on the inside...
It was listed at $425,000. I thought it would sell for $485,000...more if it had parking. It sold for $473,100 so I guess there was no parking.
It has now been flipped. It's an okay flip. I find the floors too dark. The dining room table seems squished against the wall to make it seem wider and I don't see any closets in the bedrooms. And with a house this size, I would have preferred to not have the foyer.
Not to mention that the carpet on the stairs...
Reminds me of Ron Burgundy's living room...
But the kitchen is good, the rooms are a good size (perhaps because of no closets), the basement is finished, and the backyard has been cleaned up with the addition of a large shed (can it be painted because that colour is not good?).
It is now listed at $679,000.
Even without parking, I'm thinking this will probably sell closer to $730,000.
