Last January, I posted this 1+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 23.52 x 44 foot lot at 22 Crocker Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.

It wasn't big but it was a very charming house.

It was listed at $699,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $765,000.  It sold for $811,500.

As of the beginning of January, it is back on the market For Lease.  All the Nicaraguan furniture is gone and it doesn't look as charming.  But it is still a good house in a good location.

The asking price is $4,500/month.
