13 Delavan Avenue - FOREST HILL (2 Comments)
This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 37.5 x 126.40 foot lot at 13 Delavan Avenue in Forest Hill.
It was renovated in 2015 so I am not sure if it was a flip or not.
But from these photos from when it was listed a couple of years ago...
It's not really a house that would have screamed 'Flip' to me. It was a pretty good house so perhaps it's not a flip.
As far as a reno goes, I like it. I really like how they have lightened it up and opened up the family room to the kitchen. And I like the kitchen. I just wish there was a bigger opening into the kitchen or perhaps still a walk through to the dining room.
And I can't really figure out what is going on with this bathroom...
But overall, it's a really good house.
I am not sure what it was listed at before but it is now listed at $3,688,000.
P.S. The mirror at the end of the bed is kind of interesting.
