Two weeks ago, I posted a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 27.37 x 135.25 foot lot at 62 Farnham Avenue at Yonge and St. Clair...
It was a good house but with a bathroom like this...
There was probably going to be a lot of work done. It was listed at $2,850,000. It sold for $3,000,000.
Two weeks later, this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on a 25 x 134 foot lot has been put on the market.
It is basically the same house as the one at 62 Farnham Avenue but it is closer to Avenue than Yonge Street and has an apartment building and retirement home overlooking the backyard.
But it is fully done. And it is done well. And it shows REALLY well.
It is listed at $2,895,000.
Six months ago, I would have said that was a good price for this house with parking that works well for a family.
But now? It's got to be too low, especially with the sale of the house at 62 Farnham Avenue.
So....I'm thinking $3.4. Anyone else?
