This is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 24 x 110 foot lot at 380 Margueretta Street in Bloordale Village.
It is a house that used to look like this when it was listed in May 2016 (click photo to see more)..
The asking price was $789,000. It sold for $1,126,000.
It has been completely redone and other than all the brown staging, I like it. I like that they kept the original fireplaces and the kitchen is good. I wish the window overlooking the backyard in the kitchen were larger because there is room. And I am not crazy about the floor tile in the third floor bathroom. Plus, it needs a little landscaping.
But overall, it is a good house.
It is listed at $1,499,000.
Which is low. My guess (which has been under recently) is that it will probably go for $1,685,000.
