Last night, a reader sent in the listing for this house saying...

'This place is kind of awesome'

And it is awesome.

It kind of reminds me of the York Mills house at 2 Hedgewood Road...

That now looks like this...

Unfortunately, unlike that house, I don't think this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 60 x 156.50 foot lot at 5 Waxwing Place in Don Mills is sticking around.

It is listed at $1,499,000.

The listing says...

'This Home Features Great Architecture Throughout With The Option To Update, Renovate Or Build Your Own'

I just don't think anyone will update or renovate it.  I think this is going to turn into something more like the neighbour...

But it would be worth keeping the house for that fireplace alone.
