Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi with two parking spots on a 25 x 134 foot lot at 138 Farnham Avenue in the Yonge and St. Clair neigbourhood. 

It was a house that was fully done and showed really well.

It was listed at $2,895,000 which was a good price.

But considering the 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi that was closer to Yonge and needed work had sold for $3,000,000 2 weeks earlier...

I thought this could sell for $3.4 regardless of the fact that there was a retirement home overlooking the backyard and it was really close to Avenue Road.

It sold...

For $2,895,000.

Guess that Avenue Road thing was a bit of an issue.
