AND IT WENT FOR - 321 Manning Avenue - LITTLE ITALY

On Monday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 20 x 129 foot lot at 321 Manning Avenue in Little Italy. 

It was a house that used to look like this...

But it had been renovated.

I thought it was a charming house that had kept a lot of the original character (and possibly the odd footprint) while updating it with a new kitchen and bathrooms with tile that I liked.

And it had a garage that could have been interesting though there were no interior photos...

But as a few readers pointed out, there was no railing on the stairs which had some people wondering about any possible permit issues (no idea if it was an issue)...

And the only shower was the actual powder room on the first floor...

But in this market, it was most likely selling over the $1,499,000 asking price.

Like maybe closer to $1,950,000.

It sold the next day...

For (approximately) $1,840,000.
