This is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 133.6 foot lot at 81 Colin Avenue in Chaplin Estates.

It was on the market a month ago.

It was a good house but it was basically in original condition, or close to it, so it needed a lot of work.

But there was a LOT of potential and room for a large (newer) addition.

It was listed at $2,195,000 which was probably a bit under.  I would have thought it would have been listed closer to $2,300,000.

It sold in mid-February...

For $2,800,000.
