Earlier this week, a reader sent in the listing for this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 17.83 x 120 foot lot at 59 Langford Avenue just north of the Danforth in Greektown.
It was a house that was located a few doors north of the house in my last post in 53 Langford Avenue...
That house that could use some cosmetic changes to update it but was more than move-in-ready.
This house needed work.
A lot of work (at least fresh paint)...
And I don't think it had parking.
It was listed at $749,900.
Almost a year after the move-in-ready house a few doors down with 2 parking spots sold for $1,205,000 making it about a $1,325,000 house today...
And despite a shooting happening basically outside the front door a month ago...
This house that needs a big renovation just sold...
For $1,400,000.
Must have been the garage kitchen...
