Almost 2 weeks ago, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom penthouse condo with 1 parking spot at 318 King Street East.

It was the listing with the video that left a really bad taste in my mouth because, as one reader stated, the video to many was...

 Repugnant.

But it worked in getting a lot of attention.

In the hours and days after I posted it, it was posted on other websites.  One called it the 'strangest (and most hilarious) Toronto real estate videos we've ever seen' (ummm....) and the CBC asked whether it was 'Sexy or Sexist'.

According to that article the agents...

Say the ad was light-hearted and has generated lots of interest in the condo. (CBC)

It has since been taken down.

But regardless of most people's reaction to the video being that it was 'so gross', 'repugnant', and according to someone that was interviewed for CBC, 'it made my skin crawl' (which is probably why it has been taken down)...

This condo sold, for the most part on its own merits imo, in 4 days.

This condo was listed at $2,150,000.

It sold...

For $2,150,100.
