This is a great house. It isn't the best location being steps to busy Avenue Road with the Avenue duplexes overlooking the backyard.

It has been renovated but still has the old charm of the windows and the old door knobs in places.

That built-in with the fireplace in the family room takes up a lot of room leaving only enough space for 2 chairs. But if you didn't need all that storage and would prefer a couch, I think if they were removed there might be enough room.
Upstairs, the rooms are all a good size but not a ton of storage and the bathroom is brand new.
The basement is finished with a tv area and a separate bedroom. And there is a good sized yard with 2 decks and a large hedge creating privacy from the duplexes.
So, despite the location, at first glance I would have thought this house would be listed around $1,675,000.
It's not.
This move-right-in house in a good school district is listed at...
$1,395,000.
