It was a great house with a huge third floor gym, a rooftop deck, and a huge back yard.
It was listed at $5,670,000.
If that was your budget, it was a pretty good option. But if you are looking for a more traditional modern style (is that a thing?) without the maintenance of the lawn and would prefer to share a gym...
Then this might be better.
It is a 4,100 square foot, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo with 4 parking spots and amazing park and city views...

Since there is no clothing, I'm guessing this is a flip (weird thing to choose to flip, no?) done by Mi LaMont and it is really well done. I just don't get this living room layout...
Why is all that furniture smushed into the corner? Why not use up that whole space? It looks like an office waiting room.
Otherwise, the staging throughout is good and so is the condo.

So, if $5.5 million is your budget, are you going with this place or the Farnham house? If this had a better outdoor space...
I think I would choose this place.
But considering that the Farnham house has this...
I think it will sell first.
