Last week, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 58.79 foot lot at 659 Indian Road in West Bend just east of High Park.

It wasn't a big house and there was really only one proper bedroom, but it was a good house.

It was listed at $849,000.  I didn't think it would sit for long.

Turns out, it sold the day before I posted it...

For $1,110,000.
