This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 20 x 119 foot lot at 95 Langley Avenue in Riverdale.

It was listed 2 weeks ago and it was a good house with a large kitchen, good sized bedrooms, a third floor master suite, a good backyard, and apparently parking.

But I say 'apparently' because when it was listed 2 weeks ago, a Riverdale resident emailed to say that, like the house at 31 Riverdale Avenue...

'I am annoyed at a recent trend of realtors advertising parking when that is in fact not the case'

So, apparently this house didn't have parking but the listing said it did?

No idea.  But regardless, this was a good house with or without parking.

This house was listed at $1,299,000.

It sold...

For $1,675,000.
