14 Delaware Avenue - DUFFERIN GROVE
If this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 24 x 137 foot lot at 14 Delaware Avenue in Dufferin Grove looks familiar...
It's because I posted it when it was last listed in 2012 when the listing photo looked like this...
At the time, I said I didn't love the kitchen at all...
I guess the recent owners agreed because it has been redone...
Annnnnd...
I think I prefer the old kitchen. At least it had some personality. That fridge is pretty great though.
In the rest of the house, not a lot has been changed. The tile in the master bath was changed. The loft has been squared off and turned into a dressing room and the basement was redone.
Oh, and they got rid of the hot tub.
Otherwise, this house is very similar to what it was before.
In 2012, the asking price was $1,349,000. It sold for $1,360,000.
Without changes, that makes it a $2.2 million house at a 10% annual increase today. But there have been changes that should make that price higher (not to mention that 10% is kind of low these days).
This house is now listed at...
$2,595,000.
I don't think it will sit for long...but it is only 3 bedrooms.
What is with that living room wall texture?
