This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 car detached garage on a 17 x 115 foot lot at 211 Bain Avenue in Riverdale.
It is a house that used to look like this in 2009...
So, a third floor has been added.
I'm not sure how much of the inside has been changed but I am guessing most of it. The windows are the same but I would say that the floors, stairs, and bathrooms are all new. But it's hard to tell if that fireplace was there before or not. I'm guessing it was. And that kitchen is most likely new as well.
And I like it all.
The dining room feels a little tight as does the whole first floor. But overall, it's a good house.
It's located a few doors down from another 3 story house at 219 Bain Avenue that was listed in 2013...
It was listed at $1,099,000. It sold for $1,265,000. At a 10% annual increase, that would be $1,850,000 today.
This house that might be a little smaller but is much more up-to-date is listed at $1,790,000.
So...it will go over and probably closer to $1,950,000.
