If this house looks familiar, it's because I posted it the first time owners, former Editor-in-Chief of Canadian House and Home magazine, Suzanne Dimma and her husband, Arriz Hassam, one of the principals behind 3rd Uncle Design Inc. listed their house in 2012.
At the time, the house was split into 3 apartments with their house being the first floor with their bedroom and bathroom taking up half of the second floor.
It was listed at $1,650,000. I thought they could probably get closer to $1,800,000.
Two days later, it was off the market.
Turns out, they decided not to sell and converted the house in to a single family home with much of the renovation being documented on the House and Home website.
It is now back on the market.
This now 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom single family house on a 23.92 x 110 foot lot with 3 parking spots is now listed at $2,650,000.
Three parking spots on a 110 foot lot sounds like there isn't much of a yard but that could probably easily be changed if you didn't need all those spots.
So, this will probably sell fast and probably closer to $2,950,000.
