Last week, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 2 parking spots on an 18.42 x 120 foot lot at 135 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that used to look like this...

It was listed at $799,000 in June 2016 and sold for $975,000.

It was gutted, flipped, and put back on the market and it was a good flip that was surprisingly large on the inside.

It was listed at $1,195,000.

There was no way this reno cost only $225,000 so they were clearly looking for a bidding war.  I thought it would sell closer to $1,500,000...maybe more

And it did.  This house sold...

For (approximately) $1,610,000.
