AND IT WENT FOR - 628 Winona Drive - OAKWOOD

At the end of November, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build house with 2 parking spots at 628 Winona Drive in Oakwood Village.

It was a house that used to look like this...

As I mentioned in that post...

I am sure there are mixed feelings among the neighbours.  It's definitely a different house than the rest on the street and with the dark stucco, and the 3 storeys, it is kind of imposing.

But inside, it was a pretty good house.

It was listed at $1,849,000 which I thought was a little high.

A week later, the price was dropped to $1,599,000.  I guess at some point the price was increased to $1,699,000.

Thanks to a reader for letting me know that it finally sold...

For $1,777,000.
