Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 25 x 110.83 foot lot at 63 Heddington Avenue in Allenby.

It was a done house that was staged well.  I just wasn't crazy about the fact that you couldn't really see into the backyard from the kitchen.  Otherwise, it was a great house.

It was listed at $1,699,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $1,825,000.

It sold...

For $1,950,000.
