Last week, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a detached 2 car garage on a 25.75 x 118.29 foot lot at 831 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that looked like this in 2011...

So, it has been fully gutted.

And they did a really good job.  I wasn't sure about the microwave in the living room thing.  But if that didn't bother you or that fact that the side of the house was really exposed...

This was a great house.

It was listed at $1,899,000.  I thought it would sell closer to $2,400,000.

It sold the day after I posted it in an apparent bully offer...

For $2,600,000.
