This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 2 storey coach house and 5 parking spots on a 19 x 109 foot lot at 27 Howland Road in Riverdale.
Like the house at 369 Wellesley Street East in Cabbagetown...
This house is a converted corner store that used to look like this...
It has been totally gutted and I like the white oak, white walls, and black windows, but like I said in the Wellesley Street post...
I can't get past the convenience store/restaurant windows at the front. That would drive me nuts.
But if that doesn't bug you, or the fact that all the bathrooms are the same, this is a great house with 4 bedrooms, a garage, a wine cellar, and a separate home office.
But $2,790,000!?! That seems high.
