In November 2015, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house on a 14 x 95 foot lot at 61 Shirley Street in Little Portugal...

It was the house with no sink in the first floor kitchen and what was more of a working kitchen in the basement.  So, unless you were into that and dated bathrooms and floors, this house would need some work.

This house is the attached house just on the right of the above photo.  It is also a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 14 x 95 foot lot and is basically the same house (but a little more updated)...

Except it doesn't have a basement kitchen and has this situation going on instead...

The house at 61 Shirley Street was listed a year and a half ago for $549,800.  It sold for $545,000 making it about a $630,000 house today.

This house that is basically the same house (but a little more updated) is listed at...

$998,000.

Hmm.
