77 Dearbourne Avenue - RIVERDALE (1 Comment)
In April 2014, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 20.25 x 83 foot lot at 77 Dearbourne Avenue in Riverdale.
It was a house that looked like this a year before...
It had been listed at $689,000. It sold for $760,000.
It was then flipped by Urban BluePrint Developments. They did a good job. I didn't love the fireplace but otherwise, it was a good house.
It was listed at $1,298,000. I'm not sure what it sold for but I thought it could sell closer to $1,425.000...if the no parking wasn't an issue.
With no changes, but perhaps a better set up, it is now listed at $1,250,000.
I know the market is softening...but less than the 2014 asking price!?!
