AND IT WENT FOR - 1 Blyth Hill Road - LAWRENCE PARK
Last week, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 50 x 150 foot lot at 1 Blyth Hill Road in Lawrence Park.
It was a house that I posted in 2013 when the listing photo looked like this...
It was a great house then but is even better now. They have redone the master bathroom (which really didn't need to be redone) and they created a large deck with a tv, bar fridge, and a hot tub off of the main bedroom. And the furniture showed a lot better.
In 2013, the asking price was $2,995,000. It sold for $2,935,000.
Four years later, it was back on the market with the changes to the bathroom and the deck. The asking price was $6,180,000.
I said...
Not sure the deck and the bathroom cost almost $2 million making this pretty pricey...
But the house is kind of amazing.
Looks like someone else agreed because this house has already sold...
For $6,100,000.
