A month ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 1 parking spot on a 15.25 x 86.00 foot lot at 16 Austin Avenue in Leslieville.

It was a bright house but the kitchen made it feel kind of dark.

It was listed at $1,289,000.  I thought it showed well and would probably sell closer to $1,450,000.  Then a reader pointed out that it was a relist from a previous price of $999,999.

It sold a week after I posted it...
