AND IT WENT FOR - 508 Delaware Avenue - DUFFERIN-DAVENPORT

About 2 weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 18 x 123 lot with a 3 car garage at 508 Delware Avenue at the corner of Geary in the Dufferin-Davenport area.

It's a house that I first posted in 2012 when it was full of trends such as the bike on the wall, the lights, the industrial chairs, the antlers and I assumed  that it was probably someone that looked like this guy that lived there...

It was listed at $749,000 and it sold for asking.

With some changes to the floors, probably the bathroom, and some things in the kitchen (apparently it was a 7 month reno), it was back on the market again.

And according to a reader, it was the home of Drake General Store co-owner, Carlo Colacci and his wife, Laura. 

This time around, it was listed at $1,599,000.

It sold last week...

For $1,555,000.
