AND IT WENT FOR - 89 Whitehall Avenue - ROSEDALE

In March, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom duplex with 3 parking spots on a 38 x 125 foot lot at 89 Whitehall Road in Rosedale.

It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...

And had been listed a year previous for $2,249,900.  It sold for $2,200,000.

It was then opened up with little change to the floor plan other than taking down the wall between the living room and dining room.

It was listed at $3,495,000.  This was not a $1.3 million reno.

By April, it had a price drop to $3,295,000.  About 2 weeks ago, it was reduced again to $3,095,000.

It has now sold...

For $3,025,000.
