103 Scarborough Road - BEACHES *UPDATE* (7 Comments)
As far as new builds go, I REALLY like this one.
It is a 4+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 50 x 110 foot lot at 103 Scarborough Road in the Beaches.

As far as the new house goes, I'm not super crazy about the front but I guess they are keeping with the 'Beach' feel with the front porch and cedar.
But I do really like the inside.
It may be a little dark for some people with the dark grey paint and the dark kitchen, but it is done really well. And the furniture is amazing. I love those dining chairs in the kitchen and that chandelier which comes with the house (the only ones going are the one in the office and dining room).
The layout works really well for a family though I find that office kind of feels like reception for the house. But the bedrooms are all a good size and all have en suites. And there is a good family room in the basement with 2 tvs.
Basically, it is a really well done house with excellent finishes and a good attention to detail.

$3,490,000.
I don't think it will sit for long.
UPDATE: Thanks to the reader below for pointing out that this house has been on the market for several months. No idea what the asking price was.
