This is a good house.
It is a 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20 x 110 foot lot just east of Christie at 139 Barton Avenue in Seaton Village.
It is a house that used to look like this in May 2015...
So they have redone the house and added a third floor.
For the most part, I really like what they have done. I don't normally like ridge-y floors but I like them here. And I wish they had done an island because that kitchen looks like it is wide enough for one. Also I don't love the handle and would switch them to black.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are a good size with 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and a principal suite on the third floor with a big bathroom.
In the basement, there is a good sized, 2 bedroom rental unit that has its own entrance at the front.
So, overall, it is a big house that is big enough for a family with a rental unit and parking.
I am just not sure what is going on with this brick and deck situation...
Or this backyard situation...
A month ago, it was on the market at $1,950,000. As of today, it has had a price drop.
The new asking price for this house is...
$1,880,000.
